On April 23 2009,  Mark Korda and Leanne Chesser of KordaMentha were appointed as voluntary administrators of the Timbercorp Limited.  Various partners of KordaMentha have also been appointed as voluntary administrators of the subsidiaries set out in the attached schedule.

On June 29 2009, creditors at the second meeting of creditors voted unanimously to wind up all 41 companies in the Timbercorp Group and put them into liquidation.
