• Timbercorp Finance is not in a position to advance any further funds to borrowers and will not be creating any new loans.
• Defaulting borrowers have been sent various reminder letters and default notices.
• Court action has been commenced against borrowers who are in default and refuse to bring their loan arrears up to date.
